DELIVERY POLICY

1.0 Delivery Charges

FREE SHIPPING (within Malaysia only) for orders over RM150

• For order less than RM150,
• Flat rate RM8 for shipping within Peninsular Malaysia.
  Flat rate RM15 for shipping to East Malaysia.

2.0 Delivery Service

We will be in full control of the delivery and may choose to deliver the Product in any of the following manner:

• Courier Service Company
• Third Party Service Provider

3.0 Estimation on Delivery Period

Once an Order for a Product has been paid for by the Buyer, the status for the Order will be automatically changed to “Processing”,

• Within 2 weeks from order date, we will pack and ship out the product
• User can expect to receive their order within 14 working days

4.0 Updates To Our Delivery Policy

We may be required to revise and/or modify this Delivery Policy from time to time and the updated version shall apply and supersede any and all previous versions.
